Conference
CLIN35 will take at the Faculty of Arts in Leuven. The main presentations will be held in the Mgr. Sencie Instituut ("MSI"). The entrance is at the back of the building, in the corner in the back (not on the street side).
The poster sessions and coffee breaks are in the Faculty building itself, also called the "Erasmushuis".
The Faculty is a short walk away from Leuven's train station (around 10 minutes). If you are coming by car or other means, you can read the Faculty's travel information.

Lunch
At the registration desk you will be provided with lunch coupons for the Alma 1 student restaurant. With these coupons you can find anything you need at the Alma 1 restaurant at a five minute walk from the venue. Their menu differs daily but options always vary between hot meals (with some vegetarian options), salads, soups, and sandwiches. Unfortunately we cannot ensure that vegan options will be available at the day of the conference.

Pre-conference dinner
The day before the conference, on Thursday 11th of September, we invite you to a pre-conference dinner. Some of you will have arrived early to Leuven, and with this activity we hope to show you a little bit more of what Leuven has to offer. When you fill out the registration form you can choose to join us at this evening event. We'll be going to Hal 5, a food court right behind the train station, which in fact repurposes an old railway hall. There will be a buffet of meze and pizza followed by a Palestinian dessert. Note that seats are limited so make sure to register for the event quickly!
The pre-conference dinner starts at 19:00 on Thursday 11/9.
