The conference is fully in-person. No hybrid options are available. For each presentation, at least one person must be present on location and registered by Monday 8/9 to present the accepted work.
All accepted abstracts (posters and presentations) are eligible to submit a long paper to the CLIN Journal after the conference has ended. We will communicate about this with corresponding authors at a later time.
15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes for questions
You can either:
use your own device to present (HDMI); or
send your presentation in advance by Wednesday September 10th (in PowerPoint or PDF format) to clin35@kuleuven.be. Note that it is possible that your animation and styling will look different on our presentation machine than on your own.
Make sure that you are present in the session that you are planned in!
It is recommended that you add contact info on your final slide that is then visible during the questions. That way people know how they can reach you with follow-up questions. It can also include QR codes to your presentation slides, datasets, models, tools, etc.
A0 poster boards (portrait mode) will be provided. We will also provide tape to put up your posters
Make sure that you are present during your poster session and hang up your poster in time
